At Meermark, we are excited to announce our continued commitment to inclusivity in sailing and water sports with the launch of adaptive models for each of our boat designs: the Vela, Vento, and Pattino. Each of these innovative vessels is tailored to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, gender, abilities, or disabilities, can participate in the water sport activities we cherish.

Our two sailing trimarans—the “Vela”, designed for one person, and the “Vento”, which accommodates two—are available in our “Sail-Able” variations.

Additionally, our rowing model, the “Pattino”, is now also offered in a “Row-Able” version for adaptive rowers.

These modifications aim to enhance accessibility and enjoyment for all participants and include adaptations that cater specifically to individuals with mobility challenges, making sailing and rowing accessible to a broader audience.

While we recognise that we cannot cater to every need, we are dedicated to ensuring that not just some, but every boat model we produce includes an adaptive version. Our mission is to allow as many individuals as possible to experience the joy of being on the water with no limits.

At Meermark, we believe in increasing the diversity of sailing and water sports. Our goal is to broaden participation and create opportunities for a wider range of people to engage in these activities.

With our focus on inclusivity, we are proud to play our part in making sailing and water sports accessible for everyone and to help them realise the positive impact it can have, especially for people with disabilities, on as well as off the water.
